The problem we're solving
Winning government work is disproportionately hard for small and mid-size firms. The same 50-to-500-page solicitation lands on a two-person shop and a large prime alike, but only one of them has a dedicated proposal team. The result is that good companies with the right capabilities lose to bigger companies with bigger proposal budgets. We think the best solution should win the contract, not the biggest proposal shop.
What we build
GovHub compresses the most time-consuming parts of a government response: shredding the solicitation into a compliance matrix, drafting narrative against the evaluation criteria, autofilling the standard forms, and reviewing for compliance before submission. The goal is simple: let a small team produce a compliant, competitive proposal in a fraction of the time, without cutting corners.
How we approach it
- Government-specific, not general-purpose. Section L/M structure, FAR/DFARS awareness, and compliance are the design center, not a configuration afterthought.
- Assistive, not autonomous. GovHub removes the blank page and the mechanical work; your team keeps ownership of strategy and final quality.
- Honest by default. We'd rather tell you what the tool does and doesn't do than oversell it, the same standard we hold this site to.
