1. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorization, or use them for unlawful purposes.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Services and to draft and review your proposals at your direction. We do not use your proposal content to train AI models.
4. AI-generated output
The Services generate draft content to assist you. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and finalizing all output before use or submission. GovHub does not guarantee award, compliance, or any particular outcome.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including software and content we provide, are owned by GovHub and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Services.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including as to accuracy of AI-generated output.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GovHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
